I have a bad scar on left ankle on top. Its a burn scar. I was at a bonfire. The boys were throwing wood on the fire and it exploded. Embers showered me, burned up my coat I was wearing, burned my jeans and shoes. One burned through my shoe, to my ankle. It was a 3rd degree burn. It still hurts to touch the scar sometimes and when my shoes rub it. Luckily it was the only burn I got that night.
